We are looking for a Hospice Aide to visit patients in their homes and provide personal care .The Home Health Aide provides care and companionship, ensures safety and comfort. We are seeking candidates who possess excellent time-management skills, have experience in personal care, have communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a passion for helping others. Responsibilities: Communicate with patients or families to determine needs and ensure that patient's care is consistent with their healthcare goals. Be empathetic towards patient and family needs. Work as part of a team. Standard shift: Day shift Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work setting: Inpatient In-person Outpatient License/Certification: Certified Home Health Aide (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
