What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisory Nurse position at Hope, Care & Love Home Healthcare Services?
PART-TIME/PER DIEM LPN or RN FOR THE EASTERN SHORE AREA for HOMECARE SUPERVISORY VISITS.
· Provide clinical support by meeting with potential clients and families, meeting with current clients as needed to ensure HCL is meeting their needs, and customer service home visits as needed.
· Document, update and maintain clinical visit documentation in the EVV system.
· Assist with client referrals, follow up with calls and correspondence.
· Provide clinical support by meeting with potential clients and families, meeting with current clients as needed to ensure HCL is meeting their needs, and customer service home visits as needed.
· Client, Caregiver, IDT meetings as scheduled
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
