Organization Summary
Hope Center Ministries is a growing nonprofit discipleship recovery program with multiple centers across the U.S. Hope Center Ministries exists to lead addicts and their families
to become fully devoted followers of Christ. We do this by helping those individuals bound by drug addiction and / or alcoholism find lasting freedom and sobriety through a relationship with Jesus Christ, which translates into seeing the lost saved, the saved freed, the freed restored, and the restored fulfilled.
Position
The Campus Director provides the following to their local campus : leadership, community development, fund raising, establish healthy vocational training options, overall vision on a local level and organizing its resources in order to fulfill the overall vision of Hope Center Ministries.

Leadership Responsibilities
Ridiculously in charge to ensure that the campus you are leading is healthy and growingLead and develop your staff so they, in turn, can lead volunteers and community leadersParticipate in fulfilling the overall vision of Hope Center MinistriesWill create a leadership process that develops key leaders, next level leaders and emerging leadersWill train interns & apprentices through mentoring and coachingDevise ways in which resident ownership can be expandedCampus Directors are required to meet monthly to be developed as a leaderEvaluate & Eliminate the potential risks to residents.Staff Development
Direct and supervise campus staffHold weekly staff meeting-Leadership developmentCollaborate with CFO, Regional Director to address budget, fundraising and donationsPerform related duties assigned by Regional DirectorMaintain compliance with all Hope Center Ministries policies and proceduresVocational Training Assignments
Ensure the Vocational Training budgets are being met and continually increasingStrive to find additional, healthy contracts on a continual basisEnsure proper training is being provided by partnersDevelop new relationships with Vocational Training partnersFund Raising
Lead all campus fund raising eventsStrive to improve fundraisersCollaborate with Directional Team and CFO to obtain or exceed fundraising goalsProfessional Development / Personal Growth
Attend courses / workshops / conferences as appropriate.Performance Indicators will be reviewed regarding goals metSet realistic goals by casting a vision, implementing strategies, and acquiring fundingPerformance Review performed annually to evaluate devoted time for spiritual developmentDevotes time for spiritual, mental, physical development and well-being through personal disciplines.Community Development
