Do you love capturing moments, crafting stories, and using media to make a difference? Hope Church is seeking a creative, passionate, and technically skilled Videographer & Content Creator to bring our mission to life through compelling video, photography, and digital storytelling.

This is a unique opportunity to combine artistic vision and spiritual purpose, using media to engage people with the message of Jesus Christ and the vibrant life of our church community.

🎬 What You’ll Do

• Capture & Create: Film and edit dynamic video content for social media, worship, and promotional materials
• Support Podcasts: Help record, edit, and produce Hope Church podcasts with high-quality audio and visuals
• Live Events: Assist with live streaming, event coverage, and technical production for services and special events
• Manage Media: Organize and maintain a library of media assets, including sermon footage, photos, and design files
• Collaborate Creatively: Work with the Communications and Production teams to deliver content that aligns with our mission and brand

🌟 Who You Are

• A visual storyteller who sees beauty in the details and purpose in every frame
• Skilled in video production, editing, and photography
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) or similar tools
• Experienced in podcast and audio production
• Comfortable with cameras, lighting, audio gear, and live-streaming equipment
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• A flexible team player with a servant’s heart and a passion for ministry and media

🗓 Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• Occasional Sundays, evenings, and special events (Christmas Eve and Easter required)
• On-site role with hands-on production and event coverage

💪 Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods during events
• Capable of climbing ladders and working with equipment in elevated settings
