We are a non-profit organization in Alaska providing community supports to hundreds of individuals and families who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and mental health challenges. We provide services through regional offices located in Anchorage, the Mat-Su Valley, the Kenai Peninsula, Kodiak, Seward, and Utquiagvik.

What You’ll Do
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Administering HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and facilitating orientation sessions.

Assisting with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Supporting benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.

Partnering with leadership to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Providing guidance and support on HR best practices to employees and supervisors.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite.
