Overview
HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City. We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and client-focused Engagement Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, advocacy, and resource coordination. About the Position
As an Engagement Case Manager, you will provide advocacy, linkage, case management, and independent living skills training to clients, primarily Medicaid-eligible recipients. You will assist clients in developing individualized recovery plans, accessing community resources, and building the skills needed to maintain community tenure. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide trauma-informed care in both office and community settings.

The Engagement Case Manager focuses on providing comprehensive support to clients who require frequent contact as they navigate their recovery journey. The program emphasizes a welcoming and recovery-focused environment that addresses the unique needs of individuals impacted by mental health and substance use challenges.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Case Management II (CM II) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or other related mental health field.
