Title : Intake & Housing Coordination Specialist
Program(s) and Location : Palmer (Sacramento, CA)
Schedule : Full-time non-exempt, 40 hours / week, Monday and Tuesday 7am - 3 : 30pm, Wednesday through Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm, may require working some evenings and weekend schedules
Pay rate : $23.05 / hour, depending on years of experience and education

Position Description :
Under the direct supervision of the individual designated on the agency Organizational Chart, the Intake and Housing Coordination Specialist will provide two primary functions : the screening of individuals referred to Auburn Oaks for potential residency, and providing housing resources for Auburn Oaks residents who require assistance and advocacy in securing permanent, affordable housing. The Intake and Housing Coordination Specialist is also responsible for assisting literally / chronically homeless single adults whom have been referred for a housing tour and eligibility verification processing.
