• Develop and execute strategies to grow deposits, increase sales, and enhance member satisfaction.
• Lead and manage branch staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member experience.
• Ensure branch facilities meet HOPE Credit Union standards, including cleanliness, marketing collateral, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (5 years of experience in banking or financial services).
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with a track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail banking products and services, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Work Environment:

• Employee spends the majority of time in an office environment, interacting with members, colleagues, and management.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
• Occasional travel to various branches within the company's market.
