Key Responsibilities
- Supervisory Oversight
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Disaster Case Managers to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to develop team members professionally
- Monitor and report on program metrics, case outcomes, and team performance to stakeholders
- Community Coordination
- Establish and maintain partnerships with service providers, local organizations, and government agencies to support client needs
- Represent the organization at community outreach events and meetings
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure team compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards
- Coordinate team schedules and workload distribution to optimize efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Emergency Management, Psychology, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in case management, social services, or disaster recovery, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of FEMA, CDBG-DR, and other disaster recovery programs is highly desirable
