Job Title : Music Director (MD)

Purpose of the Job :
The Music Director (MD) plays a crucial role in assisting the Worship Director to cultivate a passionate, skillful, and life-giving culture of worship at HopeX Church. This role involves providing spiritual and musical leadership to help create meaningful worship experiences.
Experience and Knowledge Required :
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
- Proven leadership in directing and coordinating a band to create dynamic worship experiences.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn and use Ableton and Planning Center Online software.
