About HOPE Farm
HOPE Farm Inc.’s ministry and mission is to serve young fatherless men ages 5-18 through an after-school program where we introduce our participants to a life governed by belief in Christ and provide an opportunity to be mentored by adult Christian men.

It is imperative that all persons involved with HOPE Farm uphold a high level of excellence in Christian standards. There must be observable evidence of belief in and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. All staff members, regardless of level of service, and all others associated with or representing HOPE Farm in any way, must be supportive of the spiritual position of HOPE Farm.
Job Summary
HOPE Farm Undergraduate and Graduate Interns are to operate and engage with the ministry as professional employees. Interns are in a position to learn and grow during their time at Hope Farm, but our hope is that our interns additionally have a sustainable effect and impact on the ministry, the families we serve, and the programs we offer.

Job Responsibilities
Our Collegiate Interns are expected to
- Be conscientious to either agree with the statement of faith at HOPE Farm or at a minimum agree to not dispute or teach principals contrary to the Statement of Faith
- Commit to following the standard of behavior set by HOPE Farm's Behavioral Expectations for Staff
- Obtain training in Child Abuse Awareness & Prevention Course via Ministry Safe (2 yr certification earned)
- Obtain training in TBRI, CPI, Boystown 16 Social Skills, and so many more.
- Develop and execute six learning goals while at HOPE Farm, including academic, professional, and personal goals
- Collaborate and complete work-related and goal-related tasks for HOPE Farm and with fellow staff
- Attend weekly HOPE Farm staff meetings and schedule sufficient check-ins with your Hope Farm Ministry Supervisor
- Accountable for the goals and expectations of your graduate program internship guidelines for your school
