Hope Fellowship is a multisite non-denominational church in North Texas with campuses in
Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, and an Online Campus. Our creative team plays a vital role in
visually communicating our mission across all ministries.
We’re looking for a talented part-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Reporting to
the Lead Graphics Designer, this role will support a variety of design projects, including but not
limited to branding for major church events (Men’s, Women’s, and Student Conferences), social
media graphics, billboard campaigns, print materials, and other design needs across
church-wide initiatives. This person should be adaptable and ready to contribute wherever
design support is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on branding and develop new visual identities for church events and initiatives.
- Design print materials, merch, social media graphics, website promo graphics, and other assets.
- Assist in reformatting and repurposing designs for multiple mediums across campuses and platforms.
- Work within creative briefs to execute high-quality, on-brand designs.
- Collaborate with ministry leaders and team members to develop engaging visuals.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, digital, and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Hours & Scheduling:
This is a part-time role at 28 hours per week. Ideally, the designer will work in person, but we
are open to remote work for the right candidate. We are flexible with scheduling, allowing the
designer to work around their own availability, as long as they can communicate, collaborate,
and submit work within the typical 8 AM–5 PM work hours. Occasional event-based work may
be required during church-wide initiatives.
