Hope For Youth is looking to hire two Case Aides for our Therapeutic Foster Care Program in Amityville! Hope For Youth is a nonprofit organization striving to provide positive outcomes for children, adolescents, and families for over 50 years! How you will spend your time in this job :
60% General Responsibilities such as conducting visits, completing documentation, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, answering phones and casework items as assigned
30 % Supporting youth, including supervising visits and transports
10 % Staff meetings / supervision / training
To qualify for this job you need to be or have at minimum :
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A Valid NYS Driver's License in good standing
- Computer Knowledge
- Physical Requirements : read / write reports and log entries, walking / standing for prolonged periods, bending / stooping, kneeling / squatting, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, repetitive wrist / finger movements, driving
- Relevant Experience Preferred
