Position Objective:
- Process incoming donations in preparation for final sorting and merchandising.
Experience, Education, Requirements:
- Good Work Ethic
- Interest or Experience in working with reusable goods
- Coaching, teaching or teamwork experience desired
- Communicate professionally and clearly
- Ability to take directions from Supervisor
Summary of Responsibilities - Illustrative, not all inclusive:
- Receive and/or sort donations for display on the sales floor
- Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers
- Set an excellent example for others to follow
- Make decisions quickly
- Motivated to accomplish and exceed, required tasks
- Represent a Christian organization
- Get along well with others from varied backgrounds
- Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community and code of conduct
- Pay based on qualified candidate experience and performance
