Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at HOPE Group Clinical. The role will be based in Tempe, AZ, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis assessments, developing behavior management plans, providing parent education, and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
