Day Hab Supervisor

Day Hab Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:    Assist with hiring, orientation, and training of all My Day staff. Ensure that all hiring and training requirements are met. Ensure staff work schedules are complete, adjusting as indicated by programming needs. Supervise and evaluate My Day Lead and DSP’s according to their performance. Support Microsoft 365 applications and assist users with account management, email configuration, and basic software training. Attend and assist with staff and client meetings ensuring that meeting minutes are submitted to the My Day Manager by the end of the month Be the liaison to the My Day Manager and Service/Designated Coordinator concerning service planning and staff concerns. Act as mentor to leads throughout the service area. Ensure the program meets all applicable standards including agency, state, and federal regulations, as well as accrediting agencies.
