- Lead the research of potential funding opportunities using Foundation Directory Online, focusing on those that align with our mission and needs.
- Prioritize grant opportunities and spearhead the application process.
- Manage all aspects of grant reporting, ensuring submissions are timely and accurate.
- Monitor deadlines for grant applications and reports, maintaining an organized schedule.
- Compile necessary metrics, materials, and documentation for grant applications and reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and data for grant submissions.
- Maintain and update database (Bloomerang) with accurate information including copies of proposals and communications.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and TEAMS.
- Excellent writing skills, with an emphasis on grammatical accuracy and clarity.
- Curiosity and an inclination to understand the "why" behind tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, anticipating needs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Experience in grant writing and management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with donor database systems, preferably Bloomerang.
