IT Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving end-user technology problems.
Process and manage service desk tickets according to priority and SLA requirements.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and assist users with account management, email configuration, and basic software training.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issue resolution.
Assist with employee onboarding/off boarding processes including equipment setup and account management.
Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
Manage and track IT assets including hardware inventory and software licenses.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Travel to offsite locations for technical support as needed.
Requirements:
Associate degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
1-2 years help desk support experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills with proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and asset management.
Clearance from all applicable background checks.
