Hope Home Care Inc. is hiring a Caregiver floater and someone with tech-savvy skills to grow into an entry-level Office Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with home care experience who is looking to expand their knowledge into an entry-level office role!
Duties Include :
Provide On-Call services for patients who need caregiver support. You may be asked to pause your office duties to go to a client’s home to be a fill-in caregiver.
Manages phone calls in a supportive, reassuring manner
Assists with the required compliance items of caregivers
Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy with dignity and respect
Assisting the team as needed
Accuracy on the computer when inputting customer and employee data. Complete office work as assigned.
The Successful Candidate Must :
Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills with an interest in Home Care
Must be tech-savvy & organized
Must have a Car and Drivers License
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Weekend Flexibility
On-call (2 weekends a month)
Experience :
Office experience (Preferred)
Caregiver experience (Required)
Home care experience (Required)
Work Location : In person / On the Road
License :
Valid Driver's License in the state of Colorado

Pay : $20.00 per hour
