We are currently seeking a full-time Men's Domestic Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator at our Outpatient Clinic in Troy, NY.
Job Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt
Reports To: Program Manager
Compensation: up to $24.264/hour
Primary responsibilities include:
- Process in-person participant registration.
- Facilitate up to 3 weekly groups (virtual) utilizing The Duluth Curriculum.
- Facilitate up to 2 early recovery/introduction to treatment groups at Rensselaer County Jail
- Prepare bi-weekly participation/attendance reports.
- Coordinate with referrals and provide participant status reports/updates.
- Manage participant issues as they arise.
- Assist front-end with coordinating and managing payments and past-due payments.
- Provide program information to legal entities in order to sustain and grow the program.
- Provide bi-weekly program status report to Program Manager.
Education and Training:
- Minimum of associates degree in human services or related field.
- One year of experience in human services is preferred.
Experience:
- Group facilitation
- Implementation of curriculum
- Program monitoring
- Experience with criminal justice mandated population
- Experience with domestic abuse offenders preferred
