Position: Direct Care Worker We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for providing direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily activities, and offering emotional support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care services to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and other related tasks.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to individuals in your care.
• Monitor changes in behavior or health status and report to the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment for individuals with disabilities.
• Keep accurate records of services provided.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

• Differential: Overnight & weekend shift differential
• Overtime: Available
