Available shifts:
Monday - Friday 7am - 10am then return to work from 3pm-7pm
Weekend Warriors (every weekend or every other weekend Friday-Sunday 7am-3pm or 3pm - 11pm
Monday - Friday : 3pm- 7pm
Monday- Friday : 3pm-11pm
Qualifications
To qualify for a position with us, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Pass a Level 2 background check: Ensuring the safety of our residents is our top priority.
- Have a high school diploma: A fundamental education is required for all positions.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with clients to assist them in daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Provide enthusiastic support to adults with disabilities.
- Follow individualized support plans to promote independence.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living skills.
- Prepare nutritious meals and help with meal planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all residents
Experience
- - Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or related fields is preferred.
- - Familiarity with assisting individuals with disabilities is a plus.- Willingness to learn and receive training for those without prior experience.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a supportive environment.- Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
