Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert guidance throughout the design process. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed layout designs that optimize space and functionality.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and products in kitchen design.
- Engage in inside sales activities, presenting design concepts and product options to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts by maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the design process.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various kitchen products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments for design services or products.
- Maintain an organized workspace, including managing stock levels of design materials and samples.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in 2020, and other design software.
- Excellent inside sales abilities, with a track record of successfully selling design concepts.
- Proficient in cash handling practices and financial transactions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in account management, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with product demos and showcasing features effectively is a plus.
- A passion for interior design and an understanding of current market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,105.00 - $88,900.00 per year
