We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, including responding to inquiries and sending important communications.
- Organize and maintain office supplies to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Proofread and confirm orders for accuracy before processing.
- Coordinate and schedule delivery dates efficiently.
- Assist with help desk inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Keep the showroom tidy and presentable daily.
- Support designers and team members as needed with administrative tasks.
- Schedule daily jobs and appointments in an organized manner.
- Maintain filing systems and keep paperwork well-organized.
Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work closely with management and support team members.
✅ Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents carefully.
✅ Experience with basic office software (email, scheduling tools, etc.).

✅ Prior administrative or receptionist experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
