We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving or childcare settings, particularly with preschool-aged children.

- Background in special education is a plus but not required.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities tailored to various learning styles.
