Job Summary :
Hope Media Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager to support the development and success of our digital products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for an early- to mid-career professional to join a mission-driven media organization that inspires hope through uplifting content. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Technology and cross-functional teams to ensure our digital offerings meet the needs of our audience and align with our mission.
Essential Functions
Product Strategy :
- Assist the Chief of Technology in maintaining product roadmaps aligned with Hope Media Group's goals and audience needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including audience members, internal teams, and partners, to understand requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct basic market research and stay up to date on digital media trends and best practices.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance the user experience and expand our digital reach.
Product Development :
Work with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with the product vision.Track product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Act as a central point of contact for teams, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.Demonstrated Faith

Education :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.Experience :
1-3 years of experience in product management, digital media, or a related field.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
