About the Job:
">This role requires a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who can deliver high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA at HopNetwork Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and support.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify learner needs
- Create and supervise the implementation of individualized goals and objectives
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
">- Master's degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis
- BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
- At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours
