Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist at Hope Network Behavioral Health plays a critical role in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with autism. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, this position requires a deep understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Functions:
- Provides clinical consultations, evaluations, and rehabilitation programming for individuals with autism
- Evaluates and treats individuals based on established OT practices
- Maintains treatment records and collaborates with staff
- Participates in departmental maintenance and program development
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
- Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license required according to Hope Network policy
