We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Center for Autism. As a key associate, you will be responsible for clinical consultations, evaluations, and rehabilitation programming for individuals.
This role requires collaboration with staff, maintaining accurate treatment records, and promoting community integration through individual and group treatments. A valid Michigan licensure and adherence to the standards set by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy are essential.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting preferred. They must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats and possess a valid driver's license according to Hope Network policy.
- Train, schedule, and supervise assigned staff in carrying out individual treatment plans.
- Services may include sensory processing evaluation, performing ADL and IADL assessments, designing and monitoring subsequent treatment.
- Promote community integration and develop and implement groups and family education from established goals.
