Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist at Hope Network Behavioral Health provides clinical evaluations, rehabilitation programming, and consultations for individuals with autism. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Train, schedule, and supervise assigned staff in carrying out individual treatment plans.
- Promote community integration and develop and implement groups and family education from established goals.
- Ensure assessment, goal setting, and treatment are person-centered and collaborate with primary case holders to ensure goals are included in the Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) when necessary.
- Complete timely documentation of progress notes, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries, home assessments, home programs, and consultation notes as indicated.
