We are seeking an experienced Medical Treatment Specialist to join our Adult Foster Care team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating medication administration, providing education to staff and residents, and proactively monitoring and treating medical conditions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement effective healthcare plans for residents.
- Provide guidance and support to direct care staff on medical and health-related matters.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to the treatment team and affiliate medical providers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medical treatment and resident health status.
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team, affiliates, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
