Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. This role involves providing clinical consultations and rehabilitation programming for individuals with autism, focusing on personalized treatment plans and community integration.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate individuals' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Conduct ADL and IADL assessments, and design subsequent treatment programs
- Train and supervise support staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Licensed by the State of Michigan (OTR/L)
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with individuals with autism
- Valid driver's license required
