Speech-Language Pathologist – Autism Services
The Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation team seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and treatment services for individuals with communication disorders. As a specialist in Autism Services, you will be responsible for assessing patients, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize individual care.
Your role will include educating and supervising staff and families while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on patient progress. You will also be responsible for providing speech and language activities, training and supervising staff, and attending team meetings and clinical reviews.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program and active licensure in Michigan. You should also possess ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or be currently completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work with consumers having special physical, emotional, social, behavioral, and vocational needs due to neurological disability/TBI. You will also need to design, implement, update, and document consumer treatment programs.
