Speech Therapy Opportunities
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide diagnostic and treatment services to individuals with communication disorders, focusing on personalized care and progress tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education and training to direct care staff, families, and other team members
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of treatment through data collection and reports
- Participate in individual goal development, coordination of services, discharge planning, and family education as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program with active licensure in Michigan
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Demonstrated ability to work with consumers having special physical, emotional, social, behavioral, and vocational needs
