Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in speech language pathology and have experience providing diagnostic and treatment services for individuals with communication disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services using standardized and informal assessment procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goal identification and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote education and awareness about communication disorders.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active licensure in Michigan and ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, including those with neurological disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
