Job Overview:
Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As an On-Call SLP, you will provide diagnostic and treatment services for individuals with communication disorders through various assessments and tailored therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, update, and document consumer treatment programs
- Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services using selected standardized and informal assessment procedures
- Maintain accurate records of treatment through data collection and treatment reports as assigned
- Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team for assigned individuals
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program with active licensure in Michigan
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Demonstrated ability to work with consumers having special physical, emotional, social, behavioral, and vocational needs because of neurological disability/TBI
