Job Description
The Pediatric Speech Therapist will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop goals, monitor progress, and educate families and staff. The role encompasses both individual and group therapy settings, ensuring consistent and documented progress towards rehabilitation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program with active licensure in Michigan.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Demonstrated ability to work with consumers having special physical, emotional, social, behavioral, and vocational needs due to neurological disability/TBI.
