Your responsibilities will include providing speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with our teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services using selected standardized and informal assessment procedures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating speech and language activities for clients and group sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client rehabilitation and achieve treatment goals
- Maintain accurate records of treatment through data collection and treatment reports
- Participate in individual goal development, coordination of services, discharge planning, and family education as needed
