**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing diagnostic and treatment services to individuals with communication disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy services using standardized and informal assessment procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of treatment
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active licensure in Michigan
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Demonstrated ability to work with consumers having special physical, emotional, social, behavioral, and vocational needs due to neurological disability/TBI
