Provide physical therapy services as prescribed by consumer’s physician for adults and adolescents with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and / or neurological behavioral issues as part of an interdisciplinary team.Physical Therapy includes evaluations, recommendations for purchasing equipment in preparation for patient discharge, creating treatment plans, completing progress reports, and daily documentation. Coordinate external equipment as needed.Develop home exercise programs (restorative program) for long term patients, and train restorative aides.Perform physical therapy interventions with the following equipment : SoloStep, Rifton Walker, Lite Gait, Aquatic Therapy, Pressure Map System for Seating.Familiarity with all departmental equipment, and ability to implement equipment according to consumer goals / needs.On-Call Physical Therapist

Conducting evaluations and assessments.Improving strength, balance, endurance, coordination, joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and movement patterns.Designing and instructing in execution of, home exercise programs to client and direct care staff.Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen.Job Requirements for Both Roles :
