The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled Full-Time Physical Therapists who share our passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and experience working with neurologically disabled or TBI populations.
As a Physical Therapist at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality care to adults and adolescents with various conditions, including head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and neurological behavioral issues. You will work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services as prescribed by consumers' physicians.
- Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and create personalized treatment plans to address various conditions.
- Develop home exercise programs for long-term patients and train restorative aides.
- Perform physical therapy interventions using various equipment, including SoloStep, Rifton Walker, Lite Gait, Aquatic Therapy, and Pressure Map System for Seating.
- Coordinate external equipment as needed and ensure familiarity with departmental equipment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist and membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.
- 2 years' experience working with neurologically disabled or TBI populations preferred.
