Job Description:
The speech language pathologist specializing in autism services will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide diagnostic and treatment services for individuals with communication disorders. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to design, implement, and update treatment programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess communication skills and develop treatment plans for individuals with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.
- Provide education and monitoring to direct care staff, families, and other team members in the provision of speech and language activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program with active licensure in Michigan.
- Possesses ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or is currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
