Speech Language Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and treatment services to individuals with communication disorders.

About the Job:

This is a part-time On Call position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct clinical assessments, and provide education and training to direct care staff and families.

Your expertise in communication, cognitive, dysphagia, and other related service activities will be essential in empowering our clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and treatment services using standardized and informal assessment procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct clinical assessments, establish diagnosis, and develop effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment progress, including data collection, treatment reports, and consultation notes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, ensure continuity of care, and facilitate smooth transitions.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active licensure in Michigan.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
