Job Description
- Provide comprehensive health and safety services to clients in a school setting.
- E nsure adherence to relevant rules and regulations.
- Support Registered Nurses in creating and implementing care plans.
- Carry out specialized procedures as directed by physicians.
- Address social and economic challenges affecting clients.
- Teach self-care techniques to clients and their families.
- Foster a positive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and advocacy for client needs.
- Compile and maintain accurate clinical and progress notes.
- Notify relevant personnel of client symptoms, reactions, and changes.
- Contribute to the rehabilitation and habilitation of clients.
- Collaborate with family, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted LPN license in Rhode Island.
- Experience in Home and Community Based Services is a plus.
- Prior pediatric experience is desired.
- Proven clinical expertise and experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
