Job Overview
We are looking for a kind, enthusiastic, and welcoming person to join our team and further strengthen our practice. Our front desk is the first point of contact for our patients and their parents, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and caring manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments and records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
