HOPE is a physical therapy office where we offer specialized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pain. We use manual therapy techniques to improve tissue health, improve circulation, and increase flexibility, and movement ease, which reflexively allows the entire body to function more efficiently and heal itself. We use valuable treatment time for hands-on healing as well as offering exercise recommendations for your home program.
HOPE Physical Therapy is looking for a Full-time and / or Part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experienced in Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy who is proactive and compassionate with a positive attitude.
Full-time - Tuesday through Friday 8 : 00am to 3 : 00pm or 11 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
Part-time - Tuesday through Friday 8 : 00am to 11 : 00am or 3 : 00pm to 6 : 00pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Follows the treatment plan of care established by PT.
Performs manual therapy techniques using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Completes daily documentation in therapy EMR in a timely fashion.
Ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained.
Educating patients on devices and products that support and enhance their treatment.
Qualifications :
PTA License required.
Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other therapy occupations.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Listening skills to understand patients' history and current needs.
Ability to build rapport with patients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical ability to identify and report changes in patient's condition to the physical therapist.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner.

Competitive pay range starting at $24.00 to $32.00 / hour. Starting wage based upon previous experience.
