Hope Plumbing, LLC is seeking an experienced full-time Licensed Technician to join our team in Prospect, CT. SCHEDULE FOR OUR LICENSED TECHNICIAN :
You will work Monday – Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with overtime and weekend work available.
YOUR NEW ROLE :
As a Licensed Technician, you will conduct various service calls, perform inspections, and present repair or replacement options to clients. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service by diagnosing plumbing issues, recommending solutions, and effectively communicating with customers. You will also document inspection findings to assist the service manager in preparing accurate job estimates. Additionally, you will close leads and provide outstanding customer service throughout each job to uphold the company's standards.
