Hope Plumbing in Prospect, CT is hiring a hard-working, customer-oriented person to support smooth field operations and contribute to our ongoing success as our full-time Plumbing Service Manager ! We're looking for a current or previously licensed technician to step into a critical management role and take excellent care of our clients.

THE PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You typically work from Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm with weekends and overtime available.
In this management role, you go on service calls and directly work with customers to address their various systems and needs. You speak with clients about their concerns, diagnose issues, and recommend the most appropriate options. You guide clients through your service recommendations, providing clear information and empowering them to book the job with us. Additionally, you thoroughly inspect homes, document your findings, and use this information for detailed client proposals. Your work fosters trust in our company and contributes to our ongoing success!
