WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
DAY-TO-DAY AS A SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
While working in this full-time management position, you have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with weekends and overtime available .
As a Service Operations Supervisor with our friendly management team, your day starts with service calls, where you meet customers, troubleshoot issues, and share personalized solutions. You guide them through their options, helping them feel confident in their choices. In between calls, you conduct home inspections and create thoughtful proposals, making it easy for customers to say "yes!" Your role as a manager is all about building trust and ensuring homeowners feel safe and happy with every service call.
