What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhool Instrucrional/Mentor Coach & Parental Involvement Facilitator position at Hope School District?
Professional Responsibilities:
-Monitor and document progression in Pre-K classrooms
-Assists in developing program goals and objectives.
-Plan and organize state mandated trainings for staff.
-Provide support and serve as a resource for improving the quality of instruction and child
outcomes towards school readiness.
-Coordinate and/or assist in facilitating education teams with our staff and Kindergarten Planning
Teams.
-Monitor classrooms and instructional staff using required ECERS or CLASS models.
-Organize parent and community involvement activities throughout the school year.
-Work with the Magnet Team to plan parent and community involvement activities for students in
our area.
-Support teachers in Data Collection efforts within the classroom.
